ROSEBERY UNITED CHURCH KINDERGARTEN During the confinement of Japanese Canadian people in
Rosebery, B.C., the United Church set up a school so that the children
could continue their education. Japanese Canadian girls were trained
to be teachers and became part of the teaching staff.
