Reverend Thomas Crosby was a Methodist minister who acted as a missionary for the Burgoyne Church in the early days of its founding.

After the forming of the United Church of Canada, Thomas Crosby became a missionary-preacher for the United Church, along the British Columbia coast. His name was remembered when a United Church missionary ship was named for him.
