The land for the church was donated by Arthur Robinson. It was the north-east corner of his property facing Fulford-Ganges Road. The Anglican congregation soon moved out to the original Burgoyne School building, seen to the right in the photograph. The Methodist congregation remained in the Burgoyne Church building, which in 1925 became the United Church of Canada.
