Stuart, Charles, home Charles Stuart’s home on Booth Canal Road, Salt Spring Island,
1949, from lawn bowling green. A long time Salt Spring resident has told the present owners the home was probably built by Japanese settlers in the early 1900’s. They established orchards in the valley before they eventually moved on to the Okanagan. |
